Marianne Nahin

Marianne spent 28 years working for major corporations as a manager in the areas of sales and marketing. She spent 25 years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of sales and management positions. As Vice President of Sales for Xerox Business Services, she was responsible for $1 billion in annual revenue. During her tenure at Xerox she achieved the highest President's Club recognition 18 out of 25 years. She also held the position of Regional Vice President of ADVO Corporation, the largest direct mail marketing company in the United States. During the past 4 years, Marianne has been a top producer in real estate sales in the Newport Beach / Corona del Mar market, averaging over $20,000,000 in sales per year.

Marianne is committed to her profession as a REALTOR® and prides herself on exceeding her client's expectations. She brings decades of negotiating expertise to her role as a realtor. Her number one priority is her client. She is available 24/7 and works diligently to provide the highest level of service to each and every client that she has the honor to represent. Marianne is married and has three children. She is active in a number of philanthropic organizations including the American Cancer Society of Orange County, the Orange County Baron's, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Assistance League of Newport-Mesa.

Greg Hansen

Greg graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business/Economics. Currently, he is enrolled in Pepperdine University’s MBA Program. Additionally, Greg is a dedicated member of the National Association of REALTORS® as well as a candidate to be a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Over the past few years, Greg has been involved in many entrepreneurial businesses which include investments in numerous residential and commercial properties as a principal. Prior to joining the Nahin Team, Greg was an Associate of the Multi Family Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap, where he successfully represented clients in transactions totaling over $15 Million Dollars in the Newport Beach office from 2002-2004. He advised his clients on acquisition and disposition strategies and provided advisory services as to how to market and reposition his clients' assets to maximize their cash flow and disposition value.

Greg has been a local Newport Beach resident since 2002 and currently resides in Corona del Mar with his fiancé, Kara. They are active in a number of community charities such as the Ritz Brothers, the Boys Hope/Girls Hope Organization and the Four Pearls Foundation.

Jim Nahin

Jim has spent the past 30 years woring in sales and marketing for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox Corporation and Dupont. Most recently he has been leasing space to top manufacturers in home decor, home furnishings and home accessories.

At the same time, Jim has represented a number of clients in the purchase and / or sale of homes in Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa and Corona del mar. Jim brings a wealth of sales and negotiating skills to any real estate transaction . He is a strong component of the Nahin Team."

Kristen Nahin

Kristen graduated from the University of Southern California in May 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration and Spanish. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Kristen has held a real estate license in the State of California since 2004 and has supported Marianne with direct mail marketing, database management, open houses, and client follow-up.

Kristen is currently employed by Regency Centers as an Executive Assistant. Regency Center is a nationl owner, operator and developerof grocery-anchored and community shopping centers. A a member of our team, Kristen provides support on weekends for open houses and showings. She also provides support with contact management systems and marketing pieces.

Vicky Klein- Klein Design

Vicky provides interior design services along with consultations with prospective sellers advising them how to present their home in the most desirable way to a prospective buyer. Vicky is a true asset to Team Nahin. She is excellent in designing homes within specific spaces. Her spatial design layouts are among the best in the industry. She uses an Auto CAD program to lay out a variety of design options for both buyers and sellers. She is extremely reliable and always delivers. She is extremely personable and puts both buyers and sellers at ease during a very difficult and challenging endeavor....buying a home.

Vicky is a true asset to our team, especially when we are preparing a home for sale. She can make recommendations with regard to 'de-cluttering' a home that will result in a 3% - 5% increase in sale price. Craig Grassmeier

Craig is a general contractor licensed in Orange County. He has an outstanding work ethic, something that it is often challenging to find in today's market. Craig has an exemplary group of sub-contractors to handle everything that you may need, in terms of fixing up your home as a buyer or seller. Craig has assisted me over the past four years in remodeling older homes, to updating newer homes. He hires excellent, reliable help and oversees their work each day.
